Refund Policy
Our products should meet or exceed your expectations. We’re not completely happy with our on-line sale, until you are 100% happy with your purchase. WCC wants its customers to enjoy their purchases. If you receive missing or damaged merchandise, you need to notify the carrier upon receiving the order. Note the problem you encountered on the freight bill and make sure to contact us right away at 866-668-9378 so we can ship your missing or damaged parts to you as soon as possible. Damaged items need to be refused upon arrival and sent back in order to get proper replacement for no charge. Always retain your receipt to obtain a refund, exchange or repair. If you are not completely satisfied with your new product simply return the merchandise with your receipt. We'll be 100% happy to offer a replacement, exchange or refund providing the product is in as new condition including packaging, instruction manuals and all accessories.
If your order came in and it was not what you ordered, you can return it for a full refund by sending us back the merchandise. If the order was a mistake on your part, you will need to pay for shipping back to us as well as be subject to a possible 15% restocking fee. We strive to have 100% customer satisfaction and realize that problems can occur with merchandise during shipping. Please advise the driver of any problems with your merchandise before you sign for it and get all the problems in writing signed by you and the driver.
Return Policy
Items may be returned if you are not completely satisfied, however, you will be responsible for the shipping incurred by us to send the products to you, as well as the shipping to send the goods back to us. You will also be subject to a 15% restocking fee on returned items. All items MUST be in new condition with all proper packing material and paperwork shipped back to us. If the goods cannot be sold in NEW CONDITION, a refund will not be issued and goods will be rejected, or available for you to pickup and ship back to yourself.
If the product you're returning includes a special offer, the additional item(s) must also be returned, or you may choose to have the cost subtracted from your refund. If there is a problem, we can always work together to resolve the problem. |
