I’m really a very family-conscious person indeed, my family is my everything, I have three wonderful children, and I want to know can I use sauna sessions to make them even more healthier, they all practice different kinds of sport, and a coachman told me that it would be great to go to saunas at least once a week, but I think that in order to take 5 people to an unknown place, it’s probably better to install an infrared sauna at home? Is it worth doing?

Well, based on my own personal experience I can insist on that it’s really a good thing- installing a sauna for your whole family, moreover if your family consists of 5 person, first of all it’s a perfect investment of money, and secondly is even better investment into your family health, your children will definitely be the healthiest and the best sportsmen- good luck in buying a sauna, and for your young sportsmen!

Generally speaking, a sauna for a family must be an interesting thing, I have never thought of a thing like this. No, we visit saunas rather regularly, say two times per month – I think it’s enough, I play golf and after a game I prefer to spend some hours in a sauna to really relax at full, and by this time my family joins me quite often, although all my children are quite grown up people themselves they come with my grandchildren and we have fun in a sauna. May be it really worth buying.
