Yes, the author mentioned that more American people are using infrared sauna, you know it’s really true, I noticed that a lot of people going to the fitness clubs, or spa centers are using infrared saunas, after sport sessions or just they come with families namely to visit sauna. Sincerely, I have never used an infrared sauna well, not a sauna at all. Moreover, I don’t know anything about heaters, but it was rather interesting to read.

I own an infrared sauna for 4 persons, and I really adore it. But I wanted to say about the heaters. My sauna has a ceramic heater, due to this heater I can spend more time in the sauna, as well it provides deeper penetration and more sweating. And the author said that the coins is that it provides dry heat only, but I consider vice versa, that dry heat is also a pros. I consider that an infrared sauna is only ONE BIG PROS.

I’m in process of buying an infrared sauna, but I still can’t decide whether to buy a ceramic or carbon heater. I’m more prone to a ceramic heater, but my wife insists on a carbon one. I keep telling her that a ceramic one is more effective and provides more beneficial effects, and this article proves that I am right; please help me convince her in advantage of ceramic heaters.
