We have a big office, we rent a house and we work their, and building this house there were foreseen a place for a sauna, and after reading this article I just thought may be it is really a good thing. Well, what can I say, I also work at home, I’m a freelancer, and I own my infrared sauna, it’s a wonderful thing, it really help me calm my nerves, in case I am too agitated, but most of all it helps me get my inspiration when my imagination fades away. I will tell you such thing- if you have enough space, money and your landlord agrees, don’t hesitate and buy and install an infrared sauna for your boss. He must appreciate it.

The modern life is indeed too hectic and fast-moving and really as the author says a person can not devote enough time to keep his health at a good level, so I think that having an infrared sauna at hand in your office is not a luxury but a very necessary and useful thing, of course, in case you can afford it, as a good sauna costs money, but this money will come back to you in your good health.
