Important: The warranty will be void if any indoor sauna is exposed to water, if any sauna is tempered with or modified outside of manufacturer’s specifications. The warranty is void if the sauna is misused or abused in any way. The warranty applies to saunas used in a private home environment; these saunas are not for commercial use. In the event where parts are shipped to and from our facilities, all costs will be the responsibility of the purchasing party. This warranty extends only to the original retail or wholesale purchaser of the infrared sauna and will be terminated upon transfer of ownership.

For an additional 10% of total sauna cost we offer a special transferrable and extended warranty on all of the items that are listed above or we can present it differently: (If you would like to purchase a transferable or an extended warranty please speak to one of our representatives for more details).

THIS UNIT IS MEANT FOR INDOOR USE ONLY. WARRANTY IS VOIDED WHEN INFRARED SAUNA IS PLACED IN AN OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENT.

This warranty extends only to the original retail or wholesale purchaser of the infrared sauna and will be terminated upon transfer of ownership. The sauna must be purchased and used within one year of the manufactured date. Freight charges to and from the customer are the responsibility of the customer. This includes freight charges for parts shipped to enable the services of the sauna.

This warranty is void if the sauna has been altered, misused, abused or exposed to water. Such instances shall include operation or maintenance of the sauna in deviation to the published instructions. The warranty extends only to the manufacturing defects and does not cover the damages resulting from mishandling of the product by the owner.

WCC Corp. shall not be liable for the misuse of any sauna or other incidental or consequential damage. Under no circumstances shall WCC Corp. or any of its representatives be held liable for injury to any persons or damage to any property. Specifications are subject to change without notice.

Warranty for outdoor saunas

All outdoor saunas come with full warranty in certain states. All states that have weather conditions of below 0 are not covered under outdoor warranty. Please call us for more details.
