The cost to redeem this certificate to receive the reservation form is just a one-time $50 redemption fee. Your only cost upon requesting reservations is just $119 per person for all hotel taxes, airline taxes, transfers, airport fees, etc. plus an additional $50 per person travel agency processing fee.
